It Specifically Refers To The Mansion, 2 Room Main Building Which Possess The President's Official Residence, Halls, Guest Rooms And Offices; It Also Possess The 130 Hectare President Estate Which Includes The Mughal Gardens, Large Open Spaces, Residences Of Bodygaurds And Staff, Stables And Other Official Utilities With In Its Premier Walls. It Was Decided To Estabilish A Residence In New Delhi For The British Viceroy When In 1911 It Was Decided To Relocate The Capital From Calcutta To Delhi. The Raisina And Malcha Villages Which Existed Their And 300 Families Were Relocated For Making Up Of This Residence Next To The Delhi Darbar For Giving The Enormous Size And Prominent Position To The Viceroy Of India.
