Subj Burj Is One Of The Most Interesting Facts That It Was Used For Several Years During British Rule As The Tower Used As Police Station. By Its Name The Tower Is Not Naturally Green In Color. It Has Green Tiles Covering Its Dome And Drum Thus It Is So Named. But A Restoration Fiasco Saw The Tower End Up With Brilliant Blue Tiles And Is Termed As Neeli Chatri (Blue Umbrella). The Tower Is Said To Be Constructed In 1530-1550. The Tower Is Of Medium Height And Octagonal Tower And Is Influenced Much By Central Asian Architecture. It Posses Altering Wide And Narrow Sides. The Entrance Are Built With Wider Sides And Are Ornamented In A Pattern Of Incised Plaster, Painted And Glazed Tile. It Is Located Right Outside Humayun's Tomb Complex A Place To Be Visited.
