The Kala Ghoda Arts Festival Is Celebrated In The Kala Ghoda Area Of South Mumbai, India. From The Year 1999, The Festival Has Grown In Stature And Popularity, Attracting Many Visitors And Participants From Other Parts Of The Country And Around The Globe. The Festival Is Organized By The Kala Ghoda Association And Curated By The Teams Handling Each Of The 12 Sections Of The Festival.
